# Lightning Street

> An isometric city of advertising blocks for Bitcoin projects, bought and sold in sats over the Lightning Network. A new block costs 2,100 sats; anyone can buy it out at 1.21× the last price; the previous owner gets their money back plus 10.5%. Each buyer enters the block; the 21st seals it, like a miner closing a block, owns it for good, and opens and names the next street of 21 blocks, earning 7% of its resales.

The street currently has 21 addresses. Sign-in is LNURL-auth (a Lightning wallet, no email or password). Payments and payouts are Lightning only. Links from blocks to advertisers are marked rel="sponsored".
